Shipping policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped from Potchefstroom, South Africa and standard shipping usually takes 2-5 business days from the day it ships. 

Standard shipping of R139 applies to orders under R1390. Free shipping on orders over R1390 only applies to major centers in South Africa. Outlying areas may be subject to a surcharge. Courier services are not available for townships.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
